  • 2024 British 3 Nations Light Flyweight Bronze Medalist

  • 2024 Scottish Western District Flyweight Silver Medalist

Competing at this level has taught me how important it is to nail the small details in technique to ensure the best outcomes as well as able to plan my training while managing my nutrition. 

Former Runner in 2022 competing in 5k + 10k road races as well as numerous Cross Country races.
